Single Image Deraining With Continuous Rain Density Estimation

Single image deraining (SIDR) often suffers from over/under due to the nonuniformity of rain densities and variety raindrop scales. In this paper, we propose a co ntinuous xmlns:xlink="http://www.w3.org/1999/xlink">de nsity-guided network (CODE-Net) for SIDR. Particularly, it is composed streak extractor denoiser, where convolutional sparse coding (CSC) exploited filter out noises extracted streaks. Inspired by reweighted iterative soft-threshold (ISTA) CSC, address problem continuous density estimation learning weights with channel attention blocks codes. We further develop multiscale strategy depict streaks appearing at different Experiments on synthetic real-world data demonstrate superiority our methods over recent state-of-the-arts, in terms both quantitative qualitative results. Additionally, instead quantizing several levels, CODE-Net can provide continuous-valued estimations densities, which more desirable real applications.
